My name is Matt Drifmeyer and I started Noble Home Inspection to offer my clients a straight-forward and honest home inspection.
The Purchase of a home is a major commitment, the process is complex. Opinions and emotions only make it harder to make a sound decision. My unbiased, educated opinion clarifies one aspect of this process. I will inspect all the major systems in the home and their components to locate defects, inefficiencies and repairs and maintenance required or recommended. I will also instruct you on the proper operation of your home. A computer printed, color coded report with pictures will be emailed within hours of completion. A printed version can be mailed as well.
I am a Virginia state certified home inspector, a certified radon technician and an Associate member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. An associate member means I have passed the Memebership exams and passed the Report Verification program. My goal is to become ASHI certified as well, that requires an additional 200 inspections of experience.
